This facility is designed to achieve two first-ever milestones: net facility gain, producing more energy than the system consumes, and high-yield fusion, producing high-energy electrical pulses exceeding 100 megajoules.
The Demonstration System is the core of our Research and Manufacturing Campus.
Equipped with flexible experimental configurations and diagnostics for fusion target development, the Demonstration System will serve as testing facility for academic, commercial, and government partners working on fusion energy, fundamental science, and national security applications.
